We've had tremendous response from 2018 Regional attendees! As a result, the Williamsburg Lodge is completely filled, with no rooms left in our group block. Instead, please try the nearby Griffin Hotel or Woodlands Hotel & Suites. Reservations for both can be made by calling (855) 231-7240.

Wednesday, April 18

Pre-Conference Activities

LUNCH ON YOUR OWN - please visit our registration desk to pick up a restaurant list with many options within a short walk of the hotel

Registration Fees:

  • $375 Attendee Registration - Includes welcome reception, conference sessions, Thursday lunch buffet, continental breakfast and refreshments on Thursday and Friday.
  • $50 Guest Registration - Includes the Wednesday welcome reception and the ability to register for optional activities.

Payment options:

  • Pay online at (Please note "2018 Regional" in the memo section). 
  • Invoice upon request and can include multiple participants.
  • Last cancellation date for a full refund: April 10, 2018
