Continuous Improvement

Although most of us want to get better at what we do, we sometimes fail because we do not have a clearly-defined plan and ways to measure our progress towards success. This workshop introduces the concept of metrics as a way to evaluate our effectiveness and continuous improvement.  Metrics come in many forms but are only effective if the viewer understands both the goal and the current status.  Past metrics are used as predictors of future performance. They can be used to improve our performance by telling us what has happened in the past, thus allowing us to act more effectively. Deadline to register: Tuesday, October 10th.

Continuing Education Credit upon request.
